Kipapa Ranch Rules

Foundation

1. Honor and respect GOD.

2. Use pleasant words and use them in a pleasant tone of voice. 

No cussing or using GOD’s name in vain.

3. We will worship the LORD at church together as a family each week.

4. Confess your sins before GOD quickly and turn the other direction. Confess your sins before Mom and Dad quickly and let’s talk about it.

5. No evil influences shall be brought into our home, including but not limited to: people, drugs, alcohol, cigarettes, music, movies, internet media, magazines, books, or games. 

6. Always tell the truth.

Family

7. Honor and respect each member of the family.

8. Whenever possible, Friday nights will be Family Night and at least a portion of Sunday afternoons will be Family Time. Dinners will be enjoyed together as a family. 

9. Defer to the other family members.

10. Know that you are loved and cared about by every family member. We are all in this together.

Fortune

11. Be kind to animals and plants as they are GOD’s creation. Appreciate the beauty surrounding us.

12. Share your possessions and time freely with each other and be respectful of others’ ownership of their possessions and time.

13. Be grateful for every single thing you have. Be thankful.

Function

14. Each of us has a purpose to work. Mom and Dad’s purpose is to go to our jobs to help people and provide for our family. Sarah’s (our daughter) and Samuel’s (our son) job is to go to school every day and study to the best of their ability to show themselves approved before GOD.

15. Each member of the family has a responsibility to contribute to the running of the household. Dad’s responsibility is the exterior of the house and to help Mom. Mom’s responsibility is the interior of the house. There are chores that all of us will be asked to complete.
